Latest Doyle eviction adds to history of court cases

An Orleans Parish judge Friday evicted Huey’s 24/7 Diner from a downtown hotel. It’s the second Jason Doyle restaurant in recent weeks that has been ordered to vacate its premises for lease violations. Other court judgments against Doyle from around the country indicate a history of violating contractual obligations, including those that provided him with upfront cash.
